Please note that we do not accept cheques or cash payments at this time.
 

Returns:

We offer a 15-day return policy for items you no longer wish to keep. To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back within 15 days of delivery.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return postage, and returns will not be accepted if shipping costs are unpaid or refused.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or nose studs, as we cannot guarantee these items have not been worn.

Requirements:

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (for example, rings must be returned in their original ring box etc).

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Items must be received within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
