Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 4 - 5 business days unless stated otherwise.

  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been placed and again when it has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected.

  • Customer must return with original packaging and must pay shipping costs.

  • Sterling silver should be cared for properly to prevent tarnishing or damage.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by:
