We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented. All items are carefully packed in appropriately sized boxes or protective envelopes and securely sealed before dispatch.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services, providing customers with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

• Tracked shipping starts from £4.65 and is calculated based on the combined weight of the items in your order.

• Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery is managed by the courier. While we carefully package all orders, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at hn.sparkle@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Earrings – Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned once purchased.

• Personalised or Custom-Stamped Jewellery – Items customised with initials, names, or other personal details are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and suitable for resale.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
